The building development they represent is inconsiderate, money hungry and David Wilson has no customer care or consideration for their Clients. We went through all of that, for them to just pull the plug like that on us, when they knew how far into the process we had gone and all the commitments we had made to move in there, its utterly unforgivable and beyond disgusting. This is entirely independent and will consider the evidence provided by the customer and the house builder to reach a decision. However, we do appreciate that sometimes things can go wrong and so we take complaints very seriously. We hope that all formal complaints can be addressed by our Divisional Head of Customer Care, however, if you feel your concerns have not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can refer your complaint to the Divisional Managing Director. It's over a week and still nothing finished due to pipes not being isolated. Then when moving there was issue after issue which required lengthly visits to rectify on things that should not have needed doing. You have been warned.
