Jessica was nothing short of incredible. As I said, Grand Cascades Lodge was the best decision we could have made. I seriously can't say enough from the front desk, to the GM, the entire banquet office everyone was lovely. I'd like to split my review into two parts. I can't thank them enough for their services. When the day is over, and it goes so quickly, we decided to have an after party at the bar down the hall. Crystal Springs ignored both requests. My only negative is that we requested Daniel as our maitre d per everything we read on TheKnot about how helpful he was, and he disappeared quite a bit on the day of my husband and I were never taken to the private room during cocktail hour to eat/get a moment of quiet like most other reviews say (we went on our own when we realized there were only a few minutes remaining in cocktail hour and we hadn't eaten anything), and then he didn't come to get us to bring us into the wedding for quite a while there was a solid 20-30 minutes of downtown between the cocktail hour and the reception when everyone but us was ready to party, but we were sitting in a room waiting/not knowing what was happening. I just had my wedding 4/29/2022 and it was such an amazing day! So glad we were able to make such an important day in your life so memorable. Crystal Springs could care less about any of those things. Perfect photos! Nicole, Kristine, Kaia, and Asad were all so freaking amazing an We had our wedding at Minerals Resort in September 2018. loved this venue because everything could be done here- we had our rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and after party all on site. We have received countless compliments from our guest - best cocktail food ever, best dinner food ever, best bar selection, best wedding ever been to. The resort features five indoor and outdoor event venues for a memorable experience. Nicole genuinely listened and cared about our vision and provided us with our dream wedding. There was also a mix up with two table numbers that left a few guests without seats, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. He was there whenever I needed him all night, and always made sure I had a full drink. When there were obstacles that came up, they used an agile approach and were flexible with any requests along the way. Then, when we were handed off to our coordinator, Jessica, I knew we would be in the best hands. Dana did a fabulous job setting everything up exactly how we pictured, if not, way better than we could've imagined. We originally wanted a destination wedding and thats what having a wedding here feels like! I thought for sure they'd be a tangled mess, but they were perfectly wrapped and ready for my niece's wedding.
